These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and tf333. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tf333 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels accessible at tf333.net and any associated domains operated by tf333. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tf333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the tf333 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tf333 platform and close any active account. tf333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the current version is always published at this URL and the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tf333, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age. tf333 strictly prohibits account registration or wagering by individuals under 21. tf333 may request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to be operated by underage individuals will be closed immediately with any funds forfeited.
  2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Companies, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities may not register accounts on tf333. You must act as principal and not as agent for any other person.
  3. You must provide complete, accurate and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth and valid mobile number. Providing false registration data is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  4. You must not have been previously excluded from the tf333 platform or any affiliated platform. If tf333 determines you have previously held a closed or excluded account, any newly registered account will be closed and balances returned at tf333's sole discretion.
  5. You must hold and use a valid mobile payment account in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a supported bank account) for deposits and withdrawals. tf333 does not accept deposits from or make payments to accounts held in third-party names.

tf333 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on tf333 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts (including accounts in different names, using different mobile numbers or different payment methods) is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed, bonuses cancelled, and winnings derived from bonus funds forfeited. The following account security obligations apply to all registered players:

Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tf333 will never ask for your password through any channel — any communication claiming to be from tf333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Account Access

You must not allow any third party to access your tf333 account. All transactions conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, bonus claims and withdrawals — are your sole responsibility regardless of who physically operated the device. tf333 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.

Accurate Information

You must notify tf333 promptly of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number or payment method. Outdated account information that prevents tf333 from completing a withdrawal or communicating account-critical notices will not constitute grounds for a complaint against tf333.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. tf333 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number prior to applying a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances. tf333 will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

tf333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of your account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the tf333 platform:

  1. Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced by tf333, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) impose their own per-transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
  2. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. tf333 does not send funds to a different payment method or to a payment account registered in a name other than the account holder's verified name.
  3. Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 4 hours of approval. Rocket and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during national public holidays in Bangladesh.
  4. tf333 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Standard transaction fees levied by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or your bank) are outside tf333's control and are the player's responsibility.
  5. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This base wagering requirement applies to all deposits, including deposits where no bonus was claimed. Bonus-related wagering requirements are separate and additional to this base requirement.
  6. tf333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (bank statements, mobile wallet transaction history) before approving a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to verify the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tf333 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

One Bonus Per Player

Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per player per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts or multiple payment methods, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonus funds forfeited.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus (after wagering requirements are met) is capped at five (5) times the original bonus value. Any winnings above this cap will be removed from the balance when a withdrawal is processed.

tf333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified, tf333 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players who have already opted into that promotion before the change takes effect. Players who have already satisfied the wagering requirements for a bonus before any modification will not be affected by changes to that bonus's terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tf333 — including slots, live casino tables, South Asian card games, crash games and sports betting markets — operate under the individual game rules published by their respective providers. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. The following additional fair-play conditions apply across all game categories:

  1. All RNG-based games on tf333 use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by tf333 or any third party. Historical game results are logged and available to players upon request via [email protected].
  2. In the event of a technical fault, network interruption or system error during a live game session, the round affected will be settled according to the game provider's technical fault resolution policy. tf333 does not have the ability to override the outcome of a game round once it has been settled by the provider's system.

Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account wallet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tf333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

  1. Registering or operating more than one account on tf333, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other name, including the use of different mobile numbers or payment methods to obscure multiple accounts.
  2. Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the tf333 platform, access games, place bets, or exploit any aspect of the platform's functionality in a manner not intended for normal human players.
  3. Exploiting errors in the platform, including software glitches, pricing errors in sports odds, or misconfigured bonus parameters, to derive profit beyond what normal gameplay would produce. Any profits derived from exploitation of platform errors will be reversed.
  4. Depositing funds derived from fraud, money laundering, theft, or any other criminal activity. tf333 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory bodies.
  5. Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or tf333 staff through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any social media platform. tf333 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive conduct directed at its staff or player community.

tf333 uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. tf333 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe using the contact details registered on the account.

8. Responsible Gaming Commitments

tf333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above and is intended as a form of entertainment. Gambling involves financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. tf333 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no additional cost:

Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their tf333 account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective. tf333 will not process a limit increase request during a period when the player has indicated a concern about their gambling behaviour.

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Reality Checks

Players may configure session-length reality check reminders in their account settings. At the chosen interval, a notification will appear during an active game session reminding the player how long they have been playing and displaying their net session result. The player may choose to continue or to end the session at that point.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tf333 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, marketing materials, graphic designs, text, images, audio and video elements — is the exclusive property of tf333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the tf333 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of tf333.

The tf333 brand name, logo and domain name are registered trademarks of tf333. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media profiles, websites, or promotional materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tf333's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows:

  1. tf333 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, game errors, or payment processing delays, except where such losses arise from tf333's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  2. tf333 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. tf333 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.
  3. In all circumstances where tf333 is found to be liable to a player, tf333's maximum aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to tf333 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments and Governing Law

tf333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, tf333 will publish a notice on the platform and, where practicable, send a notification to the registered mobile number on file. Continued use of the tf333 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tf333's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through tf333's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. tf333's complaints procedure is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint; tf333 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

By using the tf333 platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, that you understand gambling involves financial risk, and that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
